"Pretty much the best home improvement contractor experience I've ever had. Greg and Mindy were super responsive from my first inquiry. They provided ideas for bringing my project within my budget while keeping the general aesthetic I was looking for. They scheduled the work quickly and completed it expertly and in a timely manner. "I have intended for some time to send you this letter to thank you for the outstanding landscaping job you did at my home. I was confident that I would like the results as soon as I saw Mindy's carefully prepared design, but the outcome was better than I could have imagined.
As I have said to you both in person, the landscaping is the talk of the neighborhood. People I do not even know have come up to me to ask who did the landscaping. Neighbors on my street have commented on how tasteful and carefully mulched the beds are, one couple commenting that they preferred the gentle slope of the beds to the flatness of their own. The brick edging to the front walk which borders the beds adds to the attractiveness of the front yard. A number of people who walk by the house each day have noted the attractiveness of the front yard. I am impressed that most of the seed apparently "took", despite the prolonged heat and dry spell. Of course, I followed faithfully your recommendations for watering the plans and the grass.
It is clear to me that you are not only very talented but that you also take pride in the quality of your work. I particular appreciated that you arranged to take care of the watering the week that I was away to help ensure that nothing was amiss. A less committed professional would have considered that your work was done and that this was my concern, not yours.
Should you ever want a reference for a potential client, I will be more than happy to speak to anyone about the very fine quality of your work and the fact that you start and complete the work within the time frame that is agreed upon."

"I am writing to describe my recent experience with ALC Grounds Maintenance, Inc. We contracted with Greg and Mindy Coles to remove a concrete walkway on the front of our house and replace it with a serpentine brick paver walkway. They also installed seven lights along the front walk.
I can say nothing but positive things about our dealings with ALC. They were professional and honest throughout the bid process. They worked with us as we explained what it was we wanted. They also made helpful suggestions for how the project could be enhanced. Their work disrupted our home life as little as possible and the quality of their work was outstanding. The end product has undoubtedly increased the value of our home and made the front of our home a more inviting place to approach. Lastly, I was pleased to see ALC take the time to thoroughly clean up the work site. It is obvious to me that they take pride in their work.

"Greg and his team we’re friendly, professional, and highly skilled. With covid they had a few jobs piled up and were backlogged several weeks, as they had told me when I originally signed a contract with them. Luckily for me they had a delay on another job and they’re were able to start ahead of schedule. They showed up at 7am two days in a row and knocked out my paver patio in no time. While going I had asked for a few last minute adjustments, and Greg was more than willing to make the necessary adjustments. My patio looks great, and I’ve received a bunch of compliments. After finishing they laid top soil, grass seed and covered with hay on all areas that were torn up by the machinery. I’ve already recommended them to a few friends."

"ALC Landscapes recently finished an extensive renovation of our patio including a grilling island, propane firepit, sitting walls and new electrical service. Mindy and Greg were easy to work with and provided us with their suggestions during the entire process. Greg did an outstanding job keeping the project AHEAD of schedule including managing delays in material delivery. His crew was professional and took the time required to ensure everything was built properly--no shortcuts. They did a great job making sure everything flowed together while working with multiple elevation changes. Even before the project was finished our neighbors told us how great everything looked. We could not be happier with the final product which also came in significantly less expensive than three other bids."
